About Embroidery
We have what it takes to make your logo shine. Although much of the process has been automated over the years, embroidery remains an art, not a science. There is a history and nuance to the craft that we are proud to maintain.
Embroidery brings a depth and dimension to your logo that is impossible to achieve in printing. Upon viewing your embroidered logo for the first time, we hope you'll be amazed by the beauty and luster of the different color threads, and genuinely impressed with how the light reflects your logo's details.
What Will Your Embroidered Logo Look Like?
Our embroidered logos are three dimensional because they are sewn, not printed, onto the clothing and accessories we offer. The thickness of the thread provides the third dimension. Embroidery involves a needle piercing a piece of fabric several thousand times, pulling the thread behind it. Due to the physical limitations of this process, we sometimes have to make minor changes to a logo's design to achieve optimal results. This mostly involves simplifying details and resizing or repositioning text.
We've been embroidering for over 35 years and have learned a lot about what works and what doesn't. Based on this experience, we limit the size of the logos we produce to a maximum of 11,000 stitches. In other words, we will format your logo for embroidery so that the needle pierces the fabric no more than 11,000 times. We define this as a standard-size logo.
