Salon Check-in
We ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Upon arrival, please check in at the reception desk. In an effort to serve guests efficiently, late arrivals unfortunately will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to all, we ask you please give us a 24 hour notice if you need to change any treatments or cancel your appointment with us.
Without advance notification, guest will be charged the full treatment fee.
