Veu de Noiva Waterfall

With its 250-foot free fall, Veu de Noiva Waterfall (aka Bridal Veil Falls) is one of the most recognizable landmarks of Chapada dos Guimaraes National Park in Brazil.
Considering that the park covers more than 81,000 acres, visitors would be wise to hire a guide for overnight excursions to this area.
Not to miss is lunch in the open-air restaurant at the Veu de Noiva and the Waterfall Circuit, a hike that transverses the park and passes 7 waterfalls.
The Chapada dos Guimaraes National Park is located between the Atlantic and the Pacific where the geodesic center of South America. Its landscape is characterized by massive stone sculptures , a multicolored sky and an electromagnetic corridor , which attracts many people sensitive , by gathering electromagnetic forces as well as being a former grazing dinosaurs 64 million anos.
Possui 46 archaeological sites cataloged in its 33 hectares of area where are engraved inscriptions and paintings by ancestors. The park is considered a true open air museum , where they found dinosaur bones from the Jurassic period fossils of many other animals and shells, among other gems .
Its vegetation is the Cerrado , with twisted trees and a wide variety of species of fragrant flowers . Also a pharmacy open pit is considered to possess hundreds of medicinal herbs, all endangered. In addition, also found some species , most features of the Cerrado as the lignum vitae ; dirty field - characterized by murici - the closed field - marked by grasses and rocky cerrado field - environment of different orchids and bromeliads.
The fauna is primarily represented the tortoises and the smooth-fronted caiman , beyond the maned wolf , the pampas deer , pampas cat , giant anteater and giant armadillo ( endangered ) , among others. Climate: From May to September there is sun all day and the tracks become completely accessible . Between December and April rains a lot in the area and the tracks are very dangerous.
